Fratelli's is a run-down restaurant in the small town of Astoria, Oregon that serves as the hideout for a family of criminals, the Fratellis. The restaurant is a suitably creepy location owned by Mama Fratelli, who runs the criminal operation with her sons, Francis and Jake.
